A Shoe Post

A few posts back, 

katyhasclogssuggested that I should write a post about shoes, and she is absolutely right. Where would we be without shoes? Feet a mass of chillblains, cuts and bruises, that's where - not to mention covered in all the horrible things on the pavement that shoes protect us from.

 

Unfortunately, I don't have many really noteworthy shoes myself - about the best I can do is the rather expensive pair of boots with high heels and lots of little hooks and eyes that were meant to give a sort of Jane Eyre-y feel, but actually just make me stagger like a drunk, or else walk very carefully like a drunk trying to fake sobriety. Most of my other shoes are servicable, and good friends, but unremarkable. This lack of really exciting shoes means that I will have to enlist the help of the f-list once again. 

I'm wearing DM shoes - ordinary black, properly broken in and very comfy. What shoes are you wearing? Would I like them?
